Graduated in Music Education from the Escola Superior de Educação de Lisboa and in Band Conducting from ABRSM (London). He studied conducting with some of the best European and American conductors. He completed the trumpet course at the Lisbon Conservatory, having participated in concerts and recordings with many ensembles of all styles.
As a conductor he won several international prizes, in competitions held in various countries, such as Portugal, Spain, Belarus, Serbia and Germany.
He has been invited to conduct bands and orchestras in several countries around the world, which together with his experience as a trumpet and conducting teacher has led him to accumulate a great deal of experience working with young musicians.
He currently conducts the band of the Sociedade Musical Recreativa Obidense and the band of the Sociedade Filarmónica Santo Estêvão.

Spanish pianist of South Korean origin, she is an experienced coach for instrumentalists and singers, who has worked at the Conservatory “Giuseppe Verdi” in Milan, Musik-Akademie Basel, Berlin Opera Academy, UdK Berlin and HMT Rostock. She regularly collaborates with the Ópera de Tenerife (Spain) and the Rossini Opera Festival (Pesaro, Italy), where she works with internationally renowned musicians and artists. As a soloist and chamber musician (in different ensembles) she has performed in various concert halls and participated in numerous European festivals (Italy, France, Germany, Switzerland, Scotland, Spain).
She got the Degree awarded with Final Prize at the Conservatorio Superior de Música “Joaquín Rodrigo” in Valencia under the tutelage of Mario Monreal and a Master in Piano Soloist and Music Pedagogy at the University of Valencia with Carlos Apellániz. Paralell she is specialized as Vocal Coach (Centre de Perfeccionament del Palau de les Arts “Reina Sofía” of Valencia), guided by Maestro Alberto Zedda, and in Piano Duo with the Stenzl Piano Duo (HMT Rostock).
Higher degree in Percussion from the Joaquín Rodrigo Conservatory of Valencia.
As a teacher, he has been working uninterruptedly since 2003 in music schools and conservatories, publishing ensembles and didactic material focused on the teaching of percussion, as well as composing music for percussion and wind band.
Throughout his career he has obtained more than 20 awards as a music band director, composer and percussion performer, in countries such as Spain, Russia, Serbia , Estonia or Canada.
He is co-author of the percussion method “Percuaderno” in 8 volumes, focused on the elementary teaching of percussion, and author of the new method “Aprende y disfruta con la Percusión”.
He publishes his works and educational material in “Ediciones Tot Per L´Aire” (Spain), Branfor (Spain) and Hamar Percussion Publications (EEUU).
